These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of services, communications, and business interactions with Newage Petro Conchem Pvt. Ltd. By engaging with the Company, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Newage Petro Conchem Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the trading, supply, and distribution of petrochemical products and related industrial services. All business dealings, inquiries, quotations, and transactions are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Business Engagement

All communications, inquiries, and transactions with the Company are conducted strictly for lawful business purposes. Any misuse of Company information or services for unauthorized, illegal, or misleading activities is prohibited.

3. Product Information & Specifications

Product details, specifications, and descriptions provided by the Company are based on information available at the time of communication. Final product specifications, quality parameters, and delivery terms shall be confirmed at the time of order acceptance or contractual agreement.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by the Company.
• Prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions shall be communicated through official quotations or agreements.
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. Delays or defaults may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Delivery timelines are provided on a best-effort basis. Risk associated with products transfers as per agreed commercial terms. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

6. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

Clients, transporters, contractors, and partners must comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations while handling, transporting, storing, or using petrochemical products supplied by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of non-compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and business materials related to Newage Petro Conchem Pvt. Ltd. remain the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

All non-public business, commercial, or technical information shared during the course of engagement shall be treated as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services, except as required under applicable laws or contractual obligations.

10. Termination of Engagement

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend business engagement in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, regulatory violations, or unethical conduct.

11. Governing Law & jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gujarat, India.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication or communication.
